Understanding our service guarantee
At NXT PC, we stand behind our work with our "No Fix, No Pay" guarantee. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind when using our services. Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to this guarantee:
Applies only to in-person troubleshooting and repair services.
If we are unable to resolve your issue, you will not be charged for the repair or solution.
Call-out fees still apply and are non-refundable.
The issue must not be caused by third-party damage, misuse, or software/hardware limitations outside our control.
If the client refuses a recommended fix or replacement part, the policy is void.
This offer is available only within the Greater Melbourne service area.
The call-out fee covers our technician's time and travel to your location. This fee is charged regardless of whether we can fix your issue and is separate from any repair costs.
Scenario 1: Covered by Guarantee
Your computer is running slowly due to software issues. Our technician attempts all possible software solutions but cannot resolve the problem. You would pay only the call-out fee, not the repair service fee.
Scenario 2: Not Covered by Guarantee
Your computer requires a new hard drive to function properly. We diagnose this correctly, but you decline the replacement. The "No Fix, No Pay" guarantee would not apply, and you would be charged for both the call-out fee and the diagnostic service.
